Senior Influencers Marketing

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Senior Influencer Marketing Executive to lead influencer marketing initiatives for Sila Leisure. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and collaborating with relevant influencers, managing influencer campaigns, building brand visibility, and driving engagement and bookings across our resort properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Identify, shortlist, and build relationships with travel, lifestyle, food, and hospitality influencers.
• Negotiate collaboration terms, deliverables, budgets, and agreements with influencers.
• Coordinate influencer stays, property visits, content shoots, and promotional activities.
• Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, from planning to execution.
• Monitor influencer-generated content, reach, engagement, and campaign performance.
• Track campaign ROI, leads, enquiries, and bookings generated through influencer collaborations.
• Coordinate with internal marketing, sales, and property teams.
• Manage influencer databases and maintain long-term professional relationships.
• Stay updated on social media trends, digital marketing strategies, and influencer industry developments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Experience in campaign planning, budgeting, and performance analysis.
• Creative thinking and strong coordination skills.
• Knowledge of the hospitality, travel, or lifestyle industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
