About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and skilled Senior Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our dynamic advertising and digital marketing agency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Graphic Design & Creative Development

• Conceptualise and design engaging creatives for social media, digital advertisements, branding campaigns, websites, and print media.
• Develop campaign key visuals, social media posts, carousels, banners, brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Work across multiple client accounts while maintaining each brand's unique visual identity.
• Create compelling ad creatives for Meta, Google, and other digital advertising platforms.
• Develop brand identities, logo concepts, packaging designs, and marketing collateral.
• Translate creative briefs into visually appealing and strategically effective designs.

2. Video Editing & Motion Graphics

• Edit high-quality Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, digital advertisements, promotional films, and brand campaigns.
• Create engaging motion graphics, animated creatives, transitions, and visual effects.
• Work with raw footage to produce professional videos with colour grading, sound design, and seamless editing.
• Develop short-form video content optimised for social media engagement and advertising performance.
• Collaborate with content creators, videographers, and marketing teams to execute video concepts

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience, preferably in an advertising or digital marketing agency.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and InDesign.
• Strong knowledge of motion graphics, typography, layout design, colour theory, and visual storytelling.
• Experience creating performance marketing creatives for Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of social media formats, trends, and platform-specific content requirements.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, and other generative AI platforms.
• Ability to independently manage projects from conceptualisation to final execution.
• Strong communication, creative problem-solving, and time management skills
