Job Title: Generative AI Engineer Number of Open Positions : 3 Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India Experience: 4-6 years in Data Science, ML, Deep Learning, NLP and 2-4 years in Generative AI & Agentic AI Job Type: Full-time About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Generative AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions leveraging Generative AI, Agentic AI, and advanced ML techniques . The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in transformers, large language models (LLMs), diffusion models, reinforcement learning, and multi-agent AI systems , with hands-on experience in building scalable AI-powered applications. Education Qualification: BE/BTech Computer Science/ Data Science/AI ML OR MTech – Data Science/ AI ML OR PhD – Artificial Intelligence preferably NLP/Generative AI Key Responsibilities: 1. Generative AI & Agentic AI Development Design, fine-tune, and deploy LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, Claude, Mistral, etc.) , Large Vision Models (LVMs) like SAM, CLIP, SEER, Flamingo , and multi-modal AI solutions . Develop Agentic AI architectures incorporating retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), reinforcement learning with human feedback (RLHF), and autonomous AI agents . Build and optimize prompt engineering, fine-tuning, LoRA, PEFT (parameter-efficient fine-tuning), and knowledge distillation strategies. 2. ML, Deep Learning & NLP Design, train, and optimize NLP/NLU/NLG models for text, audio, and multimodal applications. Implement self-supervised learning, few-shot, and zero-shot learning techniques for enterprise AI applications. Work on transformer-based architectures (BERT, T5, GPT, etc.) for natural language processing and generation . 3. AI Infrastructure & Model Deployment Deploy and optimize AI models on cloud platforms (Azure ) using containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, Ray, ONNX, TensorRT, Triton) . Build scalable AI pipelines for real-time inference, streaming data processing, and vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB) . Implement MLOps for CI/CD, model monitoring, and performance optimization. 4. Multi-Agent Systems & AI Automation Develop autonomous AI agents that interact dynamically, leveraging AutoGPT, BabyAGI, OpenAI Functions, Lang Chain, and CrewAI . Create workflow orchestration for AI agents in complex multi-agent environments. 5. Research & Innovation Stay up to date with cutting-edge research in Generative AI, LLMs, Large Vision Models, and Multi-Agent AI . Experiment with state-of-the-art AI models and algorithms for solving enterprise challenges. Required Skills & Qualifications: 4-6 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and NLP . 2-4 years of experience in Generative AI & Agentic AI . Strong expertise in LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Mistral, LLaMA, Falcon, etc.) , Large Vision Models (SAM, CLIP, SEER, DINO, Flamingo, etc.) and Transformer-based architectures . Hands-on experience with Lang Chain, AutoGPT, BabyAGI, OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face, RAG, RLHF, and Retrieval Systems . Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, FastAPI, and cloud services (Azure ). Experience in vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma DB), data engineering, and AI model optimization . Strong understanding of autonomous agents, multi-agent coordination, and reinforcement learning . Prior experience with MLOps, model deployment, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and AI monitoring . Nice-to-Have Skills: Knowledge of Graph Neural Networks (GNNs), Bayesian ML, and Knowledge Graphs . Experience in ethical AI, explainability, and security considerations in Generative AI .
