About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer to join a small, collaborative engineering team working on the evolution of our platform. This is a long-term opportunity with a strong backend focus (70%), supporting key initiatives including modernising Python AWS Lambda microservices, improving ingestion capabilities, and strengthening platform observability. You will work closely with the Technical Lead, Engineers, Manual Tester, and Technical BA to deliver scalable, well-tested solutions and contribute to future projects, including rebuilding our phone and web applications to surface more meaningful conversation insights starting in Q2 2026.
