Job Description

Mardamed Healthcare is looking for an experienced Senior Front Office Executive with hospital experience to manage reception operations, patient coordination, and administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily hospital front office and reception operations.
• Welcome and assist patients, attendants, and visitors.
• Handle patient enquiries, incoming calls, and appointment scheduling.
• Coordinate patient registration, billing support, and documentation.
• Maintain patient records and front office reports.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other hospital departments.
• Handle patient concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Guide and support junior front office staff.
• Ensure smooth patient flow and quality service at the reception.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in a hospital.
• Strong communication and patient-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.
• Good coordination, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional attitude and a patient-focused approach.
