Role Overview: As a Senior Frontend Developer at Stratzi.ai, you will have the responsibility of owning key product interfaces for both web and mobile platforms. Collaborating closely with product, design, and backend teams, you will be tasked with creating fast, scalable, and user-friendly experiences. Additionally, this role involves leadership qualities such as mentoring junior developers and establishing robust frontend engineering practices. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain high-quality web applications utilizing React.js and Next.js - Enhance mobile app features using React Native - Translate product and design requirements into reusable UI components - Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, and scalability - Work with backend engineers for API integration and architecture - Mentor junior developers through code reviews and pair programming - Drive frontend best practices including component design, state management, and testing - Contribute to product discussions and engineering decisions Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of frontend development experience with a strong focus on React - Proficiency in Next.js including SSR, routing, and performance optimization - Experience in building production mobile apps using React Native - Solid grasp of JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals - Knowledge of frontend architecture, design systems, and UI patterns - Familiarity with state management libraries like Redux, Zustand, React Query, etc. - Understanding of REST APIs, authentication flows, and integration best practices - Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset About Uplers: Our aim at Uplers is to facilitate a reliable, simple, and fast hiring process.
