Job Overview

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1–2 years of experience to join our Finance team in Thane. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of financial reporting, cash flow management, MIS, and trade finance operations, preferably within a manufacturing, industrial, or engineering organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor weekly and monthly cash flow and fund flow statements.
• Forecast revenues, expenses, and vendor payments.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, including balance sheet analysis, expense monitoring, sales analysis, and financial performance reports.
• Handle trade finance activities, including Letters of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees (BG), and Export Packing Credit (EPC), in coordination with banks.
• Perform customer account reconciliations and follow up on outstanding balances and collections.
• Support statutory compliance, taxation, internal and external audits, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate with internal departments, banks, and vendors to ensure smooth financial operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) – Qualified.
• Experience: 1–2 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
• Candidates from manufacturing, industrial, or engineering sectors are preferred.
• Knowledge of cash flow and fund flow management.
• Experience in MIS reporting and financial analysis.
• Understanding of trade finance instruments such as LC, BG, and EPC.
• Good analytical, data management, and coordination skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
