Senior Executive Inbound Operations | Warehouse & Supply Chain

We are hiring a Senior Executive Inbound Operations for a leading quick commerce company in India to manage and coordinate daily warehouse inbound activities, including vendor scheduling, goods receiving, inventory handling, and Return to Vendor (RTV) processes.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in warehouse operations, strong coordination and analytical skills, and the ability to manage teams while ensuring operational efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Inbound Operations:

  Manage day-to-day warehouse inbound activities, ensuring accurate and timely receipt of goods.

• Vendor Coordination:

  Handle vendor scheduling, slot booking, vehicle planning, and coordination of inbound deliveries.

• Inventory Management:

  Ensure proper inwarding, stock verification, inventory accuracy, and documentation.

• Return to Vendor (RTV):

  Manage vendor returns, damaged goods, discrepancies, and related processes.

• Team Management:

  Supervise and guide warehouse associates to ensure productivity and process adherence.

• Quality Control:

  Monitor incoming goods, identify discrepancies, and ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Issue Resolution:

  Resolve operational challenges, vendor-related issues, and inbound processing delays.

• Reporting:

  Maintain operational reports, track inbound performance, and analyse data using MS Excel.

• Process Improvement:

  Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to increase warehouse efficiency.

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Experience:

  1-3 years of relevant experience

  in warehouse, inbound logistics, or supply chain operations.

• Education:

  Graduate or 3-year diploma holder

  (15 years (12+3) of formal education as specified).
• Practical experience in vendor scheduling, slot booking, vehicle planning, and inwarding processes.
• Understanding of inventory management, quality control, and RTV operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, professional email etiquette, and coordination skills.
• Good problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
• Ability to supervise teams and work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
