Senior Executive/Executive - HR

As a talented individual with a passion for Human Resources, you will be responsible for various key duties and responsibilities within the organization. Your main focus will include Talent Acquisition & Recruitment, ensuring that the company attracts and retains top talent. Additionally, you will oversee Employee Onboarding & Orientation processes, providing new hires with a seamless introduction to the company culture and operations. Employee Relations & Engagement will also be a crucial aspect of your role, fostering a positive work environment and promoting employee satisfaction. Furthermore, you will be tasked with ensuring HR Policies & Compliance are adhered to, keeping the organization in line with regulations and best practices. To excel in this position, you must hold an MBA in HR and have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a relevant field. While not mandatory, preference may be given to male candidates for this particular role.
