Senior Executive - Learning & Development

WE ARE HIRING SENIOR EXECUTIVE – LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT (L&D)

Location:

We are looking for a proactive and passionate L&D professional to drive employee learning, development and organizational training initiatives in a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify training needs across clinical and non-clinical departments.
• Plan, coordinate and conduct employee training programmes.
• Organize new employee induction and orientation programmes.
• Coordinate mandatory training, compliance and competency-based programmes.
• Develop training calendars and maintain training records.
• Monitor training effectiveness through feedback and assessments.
• Coordinate with HODs and department trainers for training requirements.
• Prepare monthly training reports, MIS and training effectiveness reports.
• Support employee engagement and continuous learning initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: MBA HR / MSW / PG Diploma in HR or relevant qualification.
• Experience: 3–5 years in Learning & Development / Training.
• Healthcare or hospital industry experience preferred.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and Excel reporting.
• Ability to coordinate training programmes and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in spoken English and Tamil is mandatory.
