Senior Executive - Graphic Designer

Role Overview

The Graphic Designer is responsible for translating marketing strategy into clear, consistent, and high-quality visuals across digital, print, and presentation formats. The role protects brand integrity while supporting campaigns, sales enablement, web, social media, and events with fast turnaround.

The position requires creative problem-solving with strong production discipline. It encompasses collateral design, campaign creative, presentation design, and basic motion and video, as well as maintaining the templates, systems and processes that keep output consistent at scale.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design marketing collateral such as brochures, one-pagers, case studies, ebooks, and infographics
• Apply brand guidelines consistently across assets while adhering to design and production best practices
• Utilize and contribute to template library and design systems for decks, documents, social posts, and emails
• Create social media graphics, ad creatives, email banners, and campaign visuals in all required formats
• Design landing page layouts and web banners, and hand off clean specs to web and development teams
• Design executive, sales, and partner presentations, and update and maintain master slide templates
• Turn complex or technical content into diagrams, tables, and data visualizations
• Create short motion graphics, animated posts, and basic video edits
• Prepare print-ready files, utilize and update the asset library, save files in accordance with file and folder naming conventions and coordinate with vendors
• Manage multiple requests, consolidate stakeholder feedback, and close review cycles on time

Skills & Qualifications

• 5-8 years in graphic design, preferably in a marketing, agency, or in-house brand team
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and strong in Figma
• Advanced PowerPoint or Google Slides skills, including master slides and template building
• Strong grasp of typography, colour theory, layout, and hierarchy principles, with knowledge of print and web file standards
• A portfolio showing range across digital, print, and presentation work

Preferred Qualifications

• B2B, SaaS, or technology marketing experience
• Motion design and video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge and experience with AI-assisted design tools
