Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Executive – FRC to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, statutory compliance, reconciliations, and monthly book closure activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting operations, including recording financial transactions, invoice verification, and payment validation.
• Manage monthly book closure activities and ensure accurate account reconciliations and financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax (IT), PF, and Professional Tax (PT) requirements.
• Maintain organized physical and digital financial records for audit purposes.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and provide necessary documentation.
• Perform bank and vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
• Maintain and update the Fixed Asset Register (FAR).
• Track Capital Expenditure (Capex) across cost centres and support cost centre reporting.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• CA-Inter / MBA in Finance preferred.
• Experience as a Senior Accountant, Finance Executive, or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and statutory regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Tally Prime, and ERP-based accounting platforms.
• Knowledge of GST, Income Tax, PF, and PT compliance.
• Experience in financial reporting, bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, and audit support.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate in English and any one South Indian language.
