Senior Executive (Digital Marketing)

About the Role.

We are looking for a performance-focused Senior Executive / Associate Manager to join our marketing operations
team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience working with publishers, affiliates, agencies, andperformance campaigns, along with a proven ability to manage campaigns end-to-end and deliver against businessKPIs.The role will involve managing multiple campaigns simultaneously, building and maintaining strong publisherrelationships, onboarding relevant publishers, optimizing campaign performance, and ensuring delivery againstCPL, CPS, CPQL and other performance-based models.

Key Responsibilities

 Manage multiple performance and affiliate campaigns end-to-end, from campaign onboarding to final
delivery and reporting. Identify, onboard and manage relevant publishers, affiliates and traffic partners based on campaignrequirements. Build and maintain a strong publisher network and relationships across multiple verticals. Work closely with publishers to drive scale while maintaining campaign quality and performance. Monitor campaign performance on a daily basis and take corrective actions to meet campaign KPIs. Manage campaigns across multiple pricing and performance models including CPL, CPS, CPQL, CPA andother outcome-based campaigns. Own campaign delivery, including volumes, quality, conversion rates, payouts and profitability. Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, account management, tracking, finance and technology toensure smooth campaign execution. Analyze campaign data to identify performance gaps and opportunities for optimization. Ensure accurate tracking, attribution and reporting across campaigns. Troubleshoot tracking and attribution issues with publishers and internal teams. Maintain regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve campaign efficiency andscale. Negotiate publisher payouts and commercial terms while ensuring campaign profitability. Continuously expand the publisher ecosystem by identifying new traffic sources and partners.

Technical & Platform Knowledge
The candidate should have hands-on knowledge of performance tracking and attribution platforms, including: AppsFlyer Tracking platforms / MMPs Tracking links, attribution and postbacks Conversion and event tracking Campaign-level reporting and analytics Publisher and affiliate tracking systemsKnowledge of other MMPs and tracking platforms will be an added advantage.

What We Are Looking For

 3 to 5 years of experience in performance marketing, affiliate marketing, digital marketing or a similar
agency environment. Prior experience working with a digital/performance marketing agency is preferred. Experience across multiple verticals such as Fintech, BFSI, E-commerce, EdTech, Real Estate, Healthcare,Travel, Utilities, etc. Strong and active publisher/affiliate network and industry relationships. Proven experience in managing multiple campaigns simultaneously. Strong understanding of CPL, CPS, CPQL, CPA and other performance-based campaigns. Demonstrated ability to independently manage campaigns from publisher onboarding to performance

optimization and final delivery.

 Good understanding of attribution, tracking and MMP platforms.
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines. Strong ownership mindset with a focus on performance, scale and profitability.Key Success MetricsSuccess in this role will be measured through: Campaign delivery and achievement of agreed KPIs Quality and scale of publisher network Campaign profitability and revenue scale. Publisher onboarding and activation Conversion and lead quality Ability to scale successful campaigns Timely campaign execution and reporting

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
