As a Healthcare Analytics Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the development and optimization of healthcare analytics models, performing advanced data analysis and visualization tasks, collaborating with team members, enhancing skills in healthcare analytics tools and technologies, and mentoring junior team members. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with analytics consultants to understand and maintain focus on their analytics needs, including critical metrics and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makers. - Analyze data to answer key questions for stakeholders or yourself, with an eye on what drives business performance, and investigate and communicate which areas need improvement in efficiency and productivity. - Develop interactive and actionable visualizations through data interpretation and analysis, with reporting components from multiple data sources. Qualifications Required: - Graduate in Healthcare, Business, Data Science, or a related field with 1-2 years of experience in healthcare analytics or data analysis. - Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in mathematics, computer science, economics, or statistics related with 1 3 yrs. of experience in data, decision making or related fields. - Strong SQL, Python, and Excel skills are necessary, with an aptitude for learning other analytics tools. - Understanding of basic statistics and the ability to apply them in real-time. You will also be expected to be a collaborative and team player within the organization.
