Senior Executive - Accounts & Taxation

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Finalisation

• Handle day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping and ledger reconciliations.
• Finalise books of accounts and prepare financial statements.

2. GST Compliance

• Prepare and file GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C returns.
• Ensure accurate GST compliance and timely filing of returns.

3. Income Tax Compliance

• Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITRs) for individuals, firms, LLPs and companies.
• Handle tax computations and related statutory compliance.

4. TDS Compliance

• Perform TDS computations, challan payments and quarterly return filings, including Forms 24Q, 26Q and 27Q.

5. Audit & Assurance

• Conduct internal audits and assist in statutory audits, tax audits and GST audits.
• Maintain audit documentation and supporting records.

6. Team Supervision

• Guide, delegate and review the work of junior team members.
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks.

7. Client Coordination

• Coordinate with clients for document collection, data requirements and query resolution.
• Maintain effective client relationships and ensure timely delivery of assignments.

8. Compliance & Assignment Management

• Maintain compliance calendars and monitor statutory filing and payment deadlines.
• Coordinate with the Proprietor regarding assignments, client requirements, deadlines and critical matters.
• Manage multiple assignments efficiently while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
