Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Lead a team of service engineers to ensure efficient delivery of after-sales services to customers.
  • Develop and implement effective service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Supervise daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Job Requirements :

  • 6-12 years' experience in after-sales service or related field.
  • Proven track record as a Service Manager or equivalent role.
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate teams for high performance.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers.
