Senior Engineer - Peripheral Validation

As a Hardware Engineer at Qualcomm India Private Limited, you will be involved in planning, designing, optimizing, verifying, and testing electronic systems to create cutting-edge, world-class products in various areas such as circuits, mechanical systems, test systems, FPGA, and/or DSP systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions and meet performance requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** - In-depth knowledge of peripheral protocols and specifications like USB2.0/3.0/3.1, PCIe Gen1/2/3, Ethernet, SATA, SD/eMMC, NAND, SPI, I2C, UART - Experience in bare metal/linux driver development with excellent C programming skills - Working on complex SoC software development & HW validation testing aspects - Familiarity with debug & lab tools such as Lauterbach, Oscilloscope, protocol analyzers - Pre/post-silicon validation experience **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field with 2+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience OR Master's degree with 1+ year of experience OR PhD in a relevant field - 3+ years of Hardware Engineering experience or related work experience As a Hardware Engineer, you will work independently with minimal supervision, making decisions that may affect work beyond your immediate group. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required for conveying information effectively.
