Project Execution (Solar EPC)

Position:

Key Responsibilities

• Execute ground-mounted solar EPC projects from site mobilization to commissioning.
• Manage and monitor civil and electrical construction activities at project sites.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules, quality standards, safety requirements, and budget targets.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, clients, and internal teams.
• Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Track project progress and resolve site-related technical and operational issues.

Requirements

• Experience in utility-scale ground-mounted solar project execution.
• Strong understanding of civil and electrical construction practices.
• Knowledge of project planning, quality control, safety compliance, and site management.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
