Senior Engineer - Bluetooth Test

As a Software Test Engineer at Qualcomm India Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and modifying test cases to validate various software components, including embedded software, cloud software, system algorithms, and application software. Here is a breakdown of your role: **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop test scenarios and scripts for new Bluetooth functionalities. - Execute and analyze Bluetooth tests for Qualcomm's wireless chips. - Create, maintain, and modify automation test infrastructure. - Validate PCM data flow between Bluetooth source and sink devices under various profiles like A2DP, HFP, and LE Audio. - Perform functional and stress tests for audio quality, latency, and synchronization. - Design and implement automation scripts for Bluetooth audio test cases. - Collaborate with firmware and audio driver teams for audio validation test setup. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field with 2+ years of Software Test Engineering experience OR Master's degree with 1+ year of experience OR PhD in a related field. - 1+ year of experience with Software Test or System Test, including developing and automating test plans/tools. - Proficiency in scripting and programming languages like Python and C. - Experience in testing and verification of Bluetooth Protocol stack layers. - Excellent understanding of the Bluetooth protocol. - Familiarity with protocol analyzers and packet sniffers. - Good verbal and written communication skills.
