Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior E-commerce Team Leader who can manage marketplace operations, lead a team, improve seller account performance, and drive revenue growth across Indian and international e-commerce platforms.
The ideal candidate must have strong practical experience in managing multiple marketplace accounts, product listings, advertising campaigns, sales operations, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the e-commerce operations team.
- Manage Amazon India and USA seller accounts.
- Handle Flipkart, Meesho, Etsy, eBay and other marketplace accounts.
- Develop strategies to increase sales, revenue and profitability.
- Manage product listing creation, optimization and catalog management.
- Plan and optimize PPC and marketplace advertising campaigns.
- Monitor account health, performance metrics and marketplace policies.
- Manage inventory, pricing, orders, returns and customer service operations.
- Identify new marketplace opportunities and business growth strategies.
- Train team members, assign responsibilities and monitor daily performance.
- Prepare monthly sales reports, business performance reports and growth plans.
- Handle escalations and resolve complex marketplace account issues.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of total e-commerce experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Team Leader or in a managerial role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Amazon India and Amazon USA.
- Working experience with Flipkart, Meesho, Etsy and eBay.
- Experience managing multiple seller accounts and teams.
- Strong understanding of marketplace SEO, PPC, cataloging and account management.
- Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and manage team productivity.
Salary & Incentives
- Fixed Salary: Up to ₹70,000 per month, depending on experience.
- Additional Performance-Based Commission in Percentage.
- Opportunity to earn additional incentives based on business growth and performance.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
