ArtyCraftz is an ecommerce brand offering home decor, handcrafted products, traditional Indian art, gifting products and lifestyle products. We are looking for a hands-on Senior Digital Marketing Specialist who can take ownership of our digital growth and help us increase profitable online sales.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing

• Plan, execute and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
• Manage Search, Shopping and Performance Max campaigns.
• Manage Meta Ads campaigns.
• Monitor ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, conversion rate and revenue.
• Allocate budgets based on campaign and product performance.

Ecommerce Growth

• Work closely with Shopify and product teams.
• Identify high-potential products and collections.
• Improve product and collection page conversion.
• Develop strategies to increase AOV and repeat purchases.
• Analyse the complete customer funnel.

Analytics & Tracking

• Manage GA4, Google Ads conversion tracking and Google Tag Manager.
• Monitor Shopify and GA4 data.
• Identify discrepancies in conversion tracking.
• Build meaningful performance reports.

SEO

• Keyword research.
• Product and category SEO.
• On-page optimization.
• Internal linking.
• Google Search Console monitoring.
• Basic technical SEO.

Google Merchant Center

• Product feed optimization.
• Diagnose product disapprovals.
• Improve Shopping product titles and attributes.
• Monitor feed quality.

Reporting

• Prepare weekly/monthly marketing reports.
• Identify problems and opportunities.
• Present actionable recommendations to management.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹56,200.84 per month
