Job Description

We are hiring a Senior Digital Brand & Performance Manager for a premium luxury and lifestyle business with multiple verticals, including luxury home décor, carpets, silverware, fashion, fitness, and salon services.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in luxury branding, digital marketing, performance advertising, content creation, and website management. The candidate must be capable of independently managing digital strategy and driving brand growth across multiple business verticals.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Social Media

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple brand verticals.
• Manage social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Create and manage monthly content calendars, campaigns, reels, videos, and creative content.
• Build brand positioning and storytelling aligned with premium and international luxury aesthetics.
• Manage influencer collaborations and brand partnerships.

Performance Marketing

• Independently manage Meta Ads campaigns across multiple social media pages (mandatory skill).
• Plan and optimize campaigns for brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions.
• Handle audience targeting, retargeting, budget allocation, and creative testing.
• Manage Google Ads and monitor campaign performance.

Content Creation & Shoot Management

• Direct photography and videography shoots.
• Handle styling, shoot planning, and basic editing.
• Ensure high-quality visual content consistent with premium brand positioning.

Website Management

• Manage website content, banners, images, landing pages, and regular updates through CMS platforms.
• Experience with WordPress is preferred.
• Coordinate with designers and developers on website functionality, user experience, and SEO.
• Support the integration and promotion of new product categories on the website.

Analytics & Brand Management

• Monitor campaign performance, website traffic, engagement, and conversions.
• Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Manage customer inquiries, comments, reviews, and online reputation.
• Coordinate with sales, design, and operations teams to achieve business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, and website management.
• Experience with luxury, premium lifestyle, fashion, interiors, or home décor brands is strongly preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager is mandatory.
• Working knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, Google Analytics, and performance marketing.
• Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
• Strong content creation, photography, videography, and creative direction skills.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple brands and projects independently.
