Role Overview: As a member of Wipro Limited, your role will involve designing, programming, simulating, and testing automation products or processes to achieve efficiency and effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: - Understand software requirements and design of the product - Analyze current technology architecture, system interdependencies, and application stacks - Formulate project plans in collaboration with project management - Contribute to the automation roadmap design and testing process improvements - Design and execute software development and reporting - Ensure the environment is ready for the execution process and develop test cases/scenarios/usage cases - Participate in design activities with the development team for testing automation processes - Implement, track, and report key metrics to assure full coverage of requirements through automation - Ensure smooth communication with customers and internal stakeholders - Work with Agile delivery teams to develop robust, scalable, and high-quality test automation tests - Collaborate with the Development team to create/improve continuous deployment practices - Design and implement automated testing tools when possible - Stay up-to-date on industry standards and incorporate them appropriately Qualification Required: - Mandatory Skills: Salesforce Service Cloud - Experience: 3-5 Years We are building a modern Wipro where constant evolution and reinvention are encouraged.
