Senior Design Engineer Structures

Role Overview: You will be joining the Civil and Structural Engineering team in Bangalore, Chennai, and Mumbai as an experienced Principal Structural Engineer. Your role will involve managing and producing engineering deliverables for various multi-disciplinary projects of different scales and complexities. Your responsibilities will include ensuring quality and accuracy of designs, offering suggestions for work efficiency, producing hand sketches, carrying out and checking design calculations, attending meetings with clients, architects, and site teams, and ensuring compliance with project criteria, budgets, and timelines. Key Responsibilities: - Successfully delivering structural engineering building projects of varying scales and complexities throughout all project stages - Providing technically excellent design solutions for projects on time and within budget - Demonstrating practical knowledge of construction implementation, buildability, and site supervision - Utilizing specific experience in analytical computer modeling - Ensuring thorough detailed working knowledge of design codes and standards, especially Indian codes, with knowledge of American Standards being beneficial - Collaborating effectively with team members, clients, and architects, and communicating efficiently through all mediums - Working closely with Architects to assist in realizing client and architectural visions for developments Qualifications Required: - Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent - At least 5 years of experience in the related field - Senior Executives specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent,
