Job Summary

Teemer Tech Private Limited is looking for an experienced Senior Design Engineer – Packaging & Beverage Automation with strong expertise in mechanical design, machine development, and automation solutions for the packaging, food processing, and beverage industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop packaging and beverage processing machinery, automation systems, and Special Purpose Machines (SPMs).
• Develop 3D models, 2D manufacturing drawings, assembly drawings, and detailed BOMs.
• Design conveyor systems, filling machines, capping machines, labeling machines, and packaging automation equipment.
• Perform mechanical calculations, component selection, and design validation.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, electrical, automation, and project teams.
• Support prototype development, machine trials, installation, and commissioning.
• Ensure machine designs meet quality, safety, hygiene, and customer requirements.
• Optimize designs for cost-effectiveness, performance, and manufacturability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in machine design, preferably in packaging and beverage machinery.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor, or equivalent mechanical design software.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical assemblies, pneumatic systems, conveyors, motors, gearboxes, and automation components.
• Experience in packaging machinery, bottling lines, filling systems, and beverage production equipment.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, material selection, GD&T, and design documentation.
• Strong problem-solving, technical coordination, and project execution skills.

Pay: ₹720,000.00 - ₹960,000.00 per year
