Your passion for learning and applying advanced technologies in Generative AI for NLP tasks will drive the success of our projects and exceed client expectations. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Advanced AI/ML/GenAI Implementation:** Build production-grade machine learning models and ensure seamless integration with business applications and systems. - **Client Engagement:** Drive high levels of client satisfaction by taking ownership, maintaining excellent communication, delivering impactful results, and managing stakeholders effectively. - **Exhibit Consulting Approach:** Utilize a consultative communication style, ask relevant questions to clarify requirements, and evaluate tasks for improvements. - **Cross-functional Collaboration:** Collaborate closely with data engineering, product, and business teams to align objectives, achieve common goals, and proactively contribute with expertise. - **Version Control:** Adhere to Git/Azure-DevOps best practices, including implementing branching strategies effectively. - **Domain Adaptation:** Apply data science methodologies across various industries and quickly adapt to new sectors. - **Testing & Quality Assurance:** Ensure model quality and reliability through rigorous testing and validation. - **Attention to Detail:** Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in model validation, data processing, and analysis tasks. **Mandatory Skills:** - Professional experience: Minimum 3+ years in data science, with at least 2+ years in NLP. - NLP Expertise: Proficient in text classification, sentiment analysis, and topic modeling using traditional NLP techniques and Generative AI. - Python: Minimum 1+ year of experience working with Python for data analysis and manipulation. - Machine Learning: Deep knowledge of ML models and algorithms to optimize solutions effectively. - Version Control: Hands-on experience with Git/Azure-DevOps and branching strategies. - Excellent communication skills. **Nice To Have Skills:** - Familiarity with the Azure environment and Databricks for scalable data pipelines and models. - Working knowledge of SQL. **Skills & Qualifications:** - Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field (Masters/PG in AI/ML/DS preferred). - Technical Skills: Python, Generative AI (LangChain, LLM APIs), NLP libraries (spaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face, etc.). - Soft Skills: Consultative approach, Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, excellent communication skills.
