We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Data Modeler to join our dynamic team in the BFSI industry. Experience in data modeling, with a strong focus on SQL and PL/SQL. A deep understanding of dimension modeling is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain complex data models for various business applications within the BFSI sector.
• Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into effective data models.
• Ensure data models are optimized for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Develop and implement data modeling standards, guidelines, and best practices.
• Conduct data analysis and profiling to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Work with ETL developers to ensure accurate and efficient data integration processes.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior data modelers and other team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in data modeling, preferably within the BFSI industry.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.
• Experience in Oracle is a must
• Proven experience with dimension modeling and data warehousing concepts.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with data modeling tools such as ER/Studio, ERwin, or similar is a plus.

Knowledge of big data technologies and cloud platforms is an advantage
