About the Role:
We are looking for a highly analytical Senior Credit Manager to join our Credit & Risk team. The primary objective of this role is to conduct independent analyses of NBFC partners, prepare comprehensive due diligence reports, and provide actionable recommendations regarding credit exposure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed quarterly financial, operational, and portfolio reviews of financial institutions across various sectors.- Prepare in-depth credit notes and provide data-driven recommendations to assist the risk committee in managing credit exposure.- Carry out field and head-office visits of NBFC partners as a core part of the due diligence and quarterly review process.- Assess ground-level credit risks during client visits and proactively identify early warning signals.- Perform comprehensive sector benchmarking and detailed analysis of operational drivers within the Indian financial ecosystem.

Eligibility & Requirements:
- Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of dedicated experience in credit underwriting, strictly within an NBFC or Banking environment.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep-rooted interest in the dynamics and growth of the Indian financial sector.
- Core Traits: Exceptional communication skills, a highly proactive self-learning approach, and a strong sense of urgency and ownership in a fast-paced startup environment.

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
