Job Summary

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Creative Designer who combines strong visual design skills with motion graphics, video editing, and AI-powered creative tools.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media design, static creatives, campaign visuals, and brand communication, along with excellent motion design capabilities. Approximately 60% of the role will focus on motion design and video content, while the remaining 40% will involve static creatives, social media posts, and other visual design requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging social media creatives, including static posts, carousels, stories, and campaign visuals.
• Create motion graphics, animated creatives, reels, short-form videos, kinetic typography, and engaging transitions.
• Develop creative concepts and visual directions based on campaign briefs and business objectives.
• Translate marketing ideas into impactful visual stories across digital platforms.
• Create mood boards, style frames, prototypes, and design explorations for campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency across social media, websites, landing pages, presentations, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, strategists, video teams, and other creative professionals.
• Leverage AI-powered creative tools to enhance ideation, visual exploration, animation, and production workflows.
• Stay updated with emerging design trends, social media formats, motion design techniques, and creative technologies.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality creative assets within deadlines.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in creative design, graphic design, motion design, digital marketing, or advertising.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Figma.
• Excellent skills in static social media design, including posts, carousels, banners, and digital campaign creatives.
• Strong hands-on expertise in motion graphics, animation, video editing, and short-form content creation.
• Ability to balance visual storytelling, creativity, brand identity, and marketing objectives.
• Understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, visual hierarchy, and layout.
• Experience designing content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta, and other digital platforms.
• Strong conceptual thinking, attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with AI creative tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Kling, Veo, or similar platforms.
• Experience integrating AI into design, animation, and video production workflows.
• A strong portfolio showcasing static creatives, social media campaigns, motion graphics, branding, and video content.
• Interest in digital culture, emerging technologies, creative experimentation, and innovative storytelling.

Important Role Requirement

This position requires a strong balance of design and motion capabilities, with approximately 60% motion design and video content creation and 40% static design and social media creatives. Candidates should be comfortable working across both areas.

Compensation

Up to ₹12,00,000 per annum, depending on experience, skills, portfolio, and overall suitability.
