Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced Construction Manager to oversee project operations, drive site performance, and ensure construction activities are completed efficiently within the approved schedule and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and monitor construction work at the project site.
• Direct site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractor teams.
• Plan manpower, monitor expenses, and track project milestones.
• Maintain construction quality and enforce safety procedures.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and project teams.

Requirements:

• 10–15 years of experience in construction project management.
• Background in industrial or commercial construction is preferred.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and execution skills.
• Strong ability to manage site operations and meet project deadlines.

Pay: ₹1,300,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
