Senior C++ Developer / Lead Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Lead design, development, and optimization of

  C++ applications

  with scalable architecture.
• Apply

  OOP principles, SOLID design, MVVM/MVI patterns

  for maintainable code.
• Drive

  Test Driven Development (TDD)

  and Agile practices within the team.
• Review code, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices in CI/CD pipelines.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate with

  REST APIs

  and scalable back-end systems.
• Mentor junior engineers, conduct technical reviews, and guide on best practices.
  
• Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and optimize system performance.
  

Requirements:

• 5+ years

  of strong software development experience, including

  2+ years in senior/lead role

  .
• Expertise in

  C++, OOP, data structures, algorithms

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  TDD, Agile, Git/GitHub, CI/CD

  .
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and mentoring skills.
  
• Familiarity with

  scalable architecture and design patterns

  .

Good to Have:

• Android / Embedded development experience.
  
• Prior experience with

  Video on Demand (VOD)

  platforms.
