Job Description We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth, build strong client relationships, and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, sales, and strategic partnerships in the technology sector. Key Responsibilities Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential clients. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Present e-Suvidha Technologies' solutions to potential clients and negotiate contracts. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to drive lead generation and brand awareness. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market. Prepare business proposals, reports, and presentations for stakeholders. Requirements Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles in the technology sector. Strong understanding of IT solutions, digital services, and market dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
