Job Description

As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through individual contribution and active participation in team efforts. You will identify new business opportunities, cultivate client relationships, and work closely with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of IT services and products. Your role will involve meeting sales targets individually, while also contributing to team strategies and goals for overall company success. Key Responsibilities: Individual Contribution: Lead Generation & Sales : Independently manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring that targets are met or exceeded. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Sales Presentations & Negotiations : Lead client presentations, product demos, and contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives. Reporting & Forecasting : Provide regular updates on sales pipeline, progress, and forecasts to management, with detailed insights into individual targets and performance. Team Contribution: Collaboration with Teams : Work closely with internal teams (eg, marketing, product, technical) to ensure a cohesive approach to business development and client delivery. Strategy Development : Actively contribute to the development and execution of team-based sales strategies, leveraging insights and knowledge from the broader team to enhance effectiveness. Mentorship & Support : Provide guidance and share best practices with junior team members to foster collective growth and success in business development efforts. Market Insights & Knowledge Sharing : Share market trends, competitor analysis, and client feedback with the team to enhance overall sales strategies and offerings. Key Requirements: Experience : 3 - 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in IT services or product sales. Sales Expertise : Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with the ability to handle the full sales cycle independently. IT Services & Products Knowledge : Solid understanding of IT services, digital transformation, software solutions, and technology products. Strong Communication Skills : Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams. Team Player : Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also taking ownership of individual sales goals. Self-Motivated : Results-driven and proactive in achieving targets, with a strong sense of initiative and motivation.
