Job Description: Experience: 5 to 7 yrs Technical skills required: Requirement elicitation techniques such as discovery workshops,brainstorming, prototyping etc. Software delivery methods - Agile Waterfall Analysis skills - As-Is, To-Be, Gap analysis, Feasibility study, Opportunity assessment, Cost-Benefit analysis Tools- Documentation tools such as Jira, Confluence. Presenation Collaboration tools such as Miro, Draw IO, Visio, MS Powerpoint etc. Proven experience in delivering complex enterprise scale projects preferably applying agile ways of working Proficiency in requirement elicitaion and requirement lifecycle management Thrives in a constantly changing and fast paced work environments Understand software development lifecycle and application of quality process Tech Savvy i.e. Understand current and emerging technology trends and their potential business benefits Nice to have: BA qualification such as IIBA CCA, CBAP or AAC Proficient in Agile BA techniques such as story mapping, slicing, user stories, epics etc. Good presentation skills A place you can belong We celebrate the rich diversity of the communities in which we operate and are committed to creating inclusive and safe environments where all our team members can contribute and succeed.
