About the job: Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Document business processes, workflows, and system interactions. Identify gaps and propose improvements in business operations. Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams. Lead workshops, meetings, and presentations with stakeholders. Support project planning, testing, and implementation phases. Monitor project progress and ensure solutions meet business needs. Provide mentorship to junior analysts and contribute to best practices.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred). 3+ years of experience in business analysis or related role. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., MS Excel, Visio, Jira). Experience with Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies.
