Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support cybersecurity operations, strategic transformation, and technology delivery initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business requirements analysis, Target Operating Model (TOM) development, process improvement, stakeholder management, and end-to-end project delivery.
The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, technology teams, project managers, and support functions to translate business needs into effective technology solutions and operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Target Operating Model: Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and develop Target Operating Models (TOMs), operational strategies, and measurable business outcomes.
- Business Requirements Analysis: Gather, analyse, document, and maintain business and technical requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Solution Analysis and Delivery: Support solution design, effort estimation, system enhancements, implementation, and quality assurance.
- Business Case Development: Assist in preparing business cases and defining expected benefits, outcomes, and business value.
- Testing and Validation: Develop test plans, test cases, user acceptance testing (UAT) scenarios, and acceptance criteria to validate delivered solutions.
- Agile Project Delivery: Work with cross-functional teams in Agile environments to support sprint activities, requirements refinement, and delivery milestones.
- Governance and Reporting: Prepare project updates, reports, and insights for senior management and governance forums.
- Risk and Dependency Management: Identify and communicate project risks, dependencies, blockers, and cross-functional impacts.
- Process Documentation: Create and maintain business process maps, workflows, requirements documents, and operational procedures.
- Business Transition: Support transition planning, handover documentation, and readiness activities before transferring solutions to Business-as-Usual (BAU) teams.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with business users, technology teams, project managers, vendors, and support teams.
- Team Collaboration: Provide guidance and support to junior Business Analysts and contribute to continuous process improvement.
- Governance Compliance: Follow applicable organisational policies, system delivery procedures, and data governance requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Solution Analyst in IT projects.
- Experience in developing Target Operating Models (TOMs), operating strategies, or business transformation deliverables.
- Strong knowledge of business requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
- Experience writing Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional requirements, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Hands-on experience preparing process maps, test plans, UAT scenarios, and transition documentation.
- Practical experience working in Agile methodologies, preferably Scrum or SAFe.
- Experience managing technology changes from requirements gathering through testing, implementation, and transition.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Working experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management and documentation tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, and reporting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage stakeholders, competing priorities, project risks, and delivery timelines effectively.

Job Location and Employment Details
- Location: Hyderabad, Telangana. Candidates must be willing to work from Hyderabad as required for the role.
