Senior Business Analyst – Cybersecurity Operations & Intelligence

Experience: 5+ Years-Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst – Cybersecurity Operations & Intelligence to support business transformation, operating model development, and technology delivery initiatives. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and technology teams to gather requirements, analyse business processes, define solutions, manage testing, and ensure successful implementation of system enhancements and operational improvements. Key Responsibilities Develop and support the Target Operating Model (TOM) for Cybersecurity Operations. Gather, analyse, document, and manage business and technical requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare business requirements documents, user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and process maps. Analyse business processes and recommend improvements aligned with operational and strategic objectives. Support solution design, effort estimation, system enhancements, testing, and implementation. Develop test plans, test cases, and user acceptance testing (UAT) scenarios. Prepare business cases and define expected business outcomes and benefits. Track project risks, dependencies, blockers, and cross-functional impacts. Maintain project documentation and provide updates to senior management and governance committees. Coordinate with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and project managers. Support business transition, operational handover, and transition to Business-as-Usual (BAU) teams. Ensure compliance with organisational governance, hosting, and data-governance requirements. Provide guidance and support to junior Business Analysts. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Solution Analyst in IT projects. Experience in developing Target Operating Models (TOMs), operating strategies, or transformation initiatives. Strong expertise in business requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation. Hands-on experience with BRDs, user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and process mapping. Practical experience working in Agile environments, preferably Scrum or SAFe. Experience in technology delivery, system enhancements, and end-to-end project implementation. Knowledge of testing processes, UAT, test planning, and solution validation. Experience in risk management, stakeholder coordination, governance, and transition planning. Proficiency in MS Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint. Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management and documentation tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Competencies Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong ownership and accountability for end-to-end delivery. Ability to resolve blockers and manage changing requirements. Confidence in coordinating with senior stakeholders and handling escalations. Strong documentation, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per month
