We are looking for a Senior Brand Designer/Communication Designer who:
Brand Catapult is on lookout for someone who knows that a logo is not a brand. We’re looking for a Branding Designer who can take a strategy and turn it into a sharp, cohesive visual identity.

Responsibilities:

• Developing brand identities, visual systems and design languages.
• Working across logo design, typography, colour, layouts, packaging and brand guidelines.
• Translating strategy into concepts, moodboards and compelling visual directions.
• Building identity systems that actually work beyond the presentation deck.
• Presenting your rationale without saying “it just felt right.”

Other Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• 3–4 years of proven experience as a Brand Designer, Communication Designer, or similar role.
• A strong branding portfolio with solid conceptual and executional thinking.
• A sharp eye for typography, composition, hierarchy and detail.
• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• The ability to take a brief, question it, and make the work better.
• Enough design opinions to have a point of view. Not enough to be impossible to work with.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
