We specialize in delivering top-tier talent and staffing solutions to clients across the United States. Role Overview We are seeking a Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing bench consultants, managing client and vendor relationships, and driving placements through aggressive and strategic sales efforts. This is a fast-paced role requiring high energy, persistence, and a goal-driven mindset. Key Responsibilities Proactively market bench consultants (H1B, GC, USC, EAD, etc.) to vendors and direct clients. Source job requirements from various channels including job portals, vendor networks, and social media platforms. Match consultants to job openings, schedule interviews, and handle rate negotiations. Maintain and manage a pipeline of qualified and available bench consultants. Build and nurture long-term relationships with vendors and clients. Format and customize resumes to meet client-specific requirements. Understand and apply U.S. tax terms such as W2, 1099, and Corp-to-Corp (C2C). Maintain records using recruitment software and databases. Work independently with minimal supervision while meeting aggressive placement goals. Qualifications Proven experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter role. In-depth knowledge of the U.S. staffing and recruitment process, especially bench sales. Strong understanding of U.S. tax terms and employment types. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment. Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven with a proactive work approach.
