SENIOR AVEVA E3D ADMINISTRATOR

We are hiring a Senior AVEVA E3D Administrator for our client.

Job Title: Senior AVEVA E3D Administrator
Experience: 8–10+ years overall, with at least 5 years in E3D/PDMS Administration
Qualification: Diploma or Graduate Engineer in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
Job Type: Full-time / Contract, based on project requirements

Key Responsibilities – Catalogue & Specification Creation

• Create and maintain piping catalogues in Paragon, including components, geometry, point sets, and component properties.
• Develop piping specifications using Spec Generator/Specon based on PMS, pipe classes, branch tables, and material requirements.
• Create and maintain equipment, structural, HVAC, cable tray, and pipe support catalogues and specifications.
• Interpret vendor catalogues, material specifications, and ASME/ANSI, DIN, EN, and IS standards.
• Configure commodity codes, part numbers, material descriptions, and weights for accurate MTOs and isometric BOMs.
• Validate catalogues and specifications through test modelling, isometric checks, and data consistency checks.
• Coordinate with engineering teams and maintain standardised, reusable E3D catalogue libraries.

Required Skills

• Minimum 8* years of hands-on AVEVA E3D and/or PDMS Administration experience*.
• Strong experience in project creation, database administration, MDB configuration, and access management.
• Practical expertise in Paragon catalogue creation and Spec Generator/Specon specification development.
• Knowledge of PML/PML.NET, Isodraft, Draw/Draft administration, and AVEVA Global.
• Understanding of piping material specifications and relevant ASME B31.1, ASME B31.3, and ASME B16 standards.
• Experience with piping, equipment, structural, and pipe support catalogues.
• Experience in power plants, boilers, environmental engineering, oil and gas, or process plants is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and coordination skills.
