Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing and implementing test automation suites using Python/Pytest, Robot Test Framework, Postman, and JMeter. Your role will involve creating test frameworks and scripts for API testing, as well as setting up automation testing for multi-tier, on-prem, and cloud-based integrated solutions. Additionally, you will be expected to work with DevOps tools like GitLab and pipelines, ensuring the implementation of automation testing from scratch and producing comprehensive test reports for wider teams. Your ability to communicate effectively in English and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will be essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Understand and analyze business and technical requirements to develop test plans and approaches - Independently develop test plan documents, write and execute automation scripts, and analyze manual test cases - Lead the implementation of test automation within the existing Python/Pytest based framework - Generate test reporting using company standard methods, analyze defects for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree/Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or related fields - Solid hands-on experience in Test Automation suites such as Python/Pytest, Robot Test Framework, Postman, and JMeter - Proven experience in automation testing and reporting - Experience in implementing automation testing from scratch and producing test reports - Good communication skills in English and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) Information: Join a team that values innovation, quality, and continuous improvement at LSEG, a leading global financial markets infrastructure and data provider.
