Senior Associate TDS & Form 15CA/CB

●Handle TDS-related activities, including TDS workings, applicability review, deductions, reconciliations and compliance support.

●Assist in preparation and filing of TDS returns, including review of data and reconciliation with books of accounts.

●Prepare Form 15CA/15CB for foreign remittances, including review of supporting documents, taxability, applicable TDS provisions and DTAA applicability.

●Maintain proper working papers, documentation and records for TDS and Form 15CA/15CB.

●Assist in responding to TDS notices, queries, mismatches and reconciliation issues raised by tax authorities.

●Coordinate with clients, internal teams and other stakeholders to obtain information and complete assignments within timelines.

●Support compliance with applicable provisions of the Income-tax Act, TDS regulations, DTAA and other relevant statutory requirements.

●Prepare and maintain MIS reports, trackers and reconciliation statements relating to TDS and Form 15CA/15CB.

●Track applicable statutory due dates and regulatory changes impacting TDS and foreign remittance compliance.

●Review and guide junior team members on TDS workings and 15CA/CB documentation.

What We Are Looking For

●Commerce graduate / postgraduate (B.Com / M.Com); CA Inter / CMA preferred.

●Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in TDS compliance and Form 15CA/15CB.

●Good understanding of Income-tax provisions, TDS applicability and DTAA concepts.

●Proficiency in MS Excel, TRACES and other TDS / accounting compliance systems.

●Strong analytical, documentation, coordination and communication skills.

●Ability to independently manage multiple TDS and remittance certification assignments within stipulated timelines.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
