Senior Associate Procurement

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sr. Associate - Procurement to join our team in Delhi. This role is crucial for optimizing our procurement processes, ensuring cost-effectiveness, and maintaining high-quality standards across all projects. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in sourcing, negotiating, and managing vendor relationships to support our operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities, from vendor selection to contract management, for various projects.
• Negotiate favorable terms, conditions, and pricing with suppliers to achieve cost savings without compromising quality.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements in all procurement operations.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, requisitions, and other procurement-related documentation accurately.
• Collaborate with project teams to understand material and service requirements and ensure timely delivery.
• Implement and manage inventory control strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing, preferably in the real estate, construction, or hospitality sector.

Proven track record of successful vendor negotiations and cost-saving initiatives.

Strong understanding of procurement best practices, contract law, and ethical sourcing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) in Supply Chain or Procurement.
• Experience with ERP systems and procurement software (e.g., SAP Ariba, Oracle).
• Familiarity with green procurement and sustainable sourcing practices.
