About the Company

XF1 Advisory Services is looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Associate to join its financial modelling and advisory team. The ideal candidate should have strong financial modelling expertise, advanced Excel skills, and a solid understanding of accounting, taxation, and corporate finance principles.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, build, and test dynamic financial models for leading investors and businesses.

- Prepare structured financial models incorporating accounting, taxation, and corporate finance principles.

- Support valuation, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), fundraising, and M&A projects.

- Participate in client meetings and workshops to understand requirements, validate assumptions, and deliver financial modelling solutions.

- Independently manage assigned workstreams while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

- Assist in business development activities, including proposals, pitch decks, and client presentations.

- Develop and maintain financial modelling templates, tools, and reusable frameworks.

- Actively use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Microsoft Copilot to improve productivity.

- Learn and adapt to client-specific tools, platforms, and business requirements.

- Contribute to team learning, knowledge sharing, and continuous process improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory Requirements:

- CA or CFA certification (mandatory).

- 1+ year of hands-on experience in financial modelling.

- Strong understanding of accounting, corporate finance, and taxation principles.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.

- Practical experience in valuation, FP&A, or investment analysis frameworks.

Preferred Skills:

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

- Ability to manage independent assignments and meet deadlines.

- Willingness to learn new technologies and AI tools.
