Job Description

As an Infoscion at Infosys, you will play a crucial role in supporting the consulting team throughout various project phases. This includes assisting in problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment. Your responsibilities will involve exploring alternative solutions, conducting research such as literature surveys and vendor evaluations, and developing proof of concepts (POCs). You will be responsible for translating business needs into requirement specifications, defining processes, and creating detailed functional designs. Additionally, you will configure solution requirements, troubleshoot any issues that arise, and propose viable solutions. Your input will contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality solutions to clients. Collaboration with clients to identify business challenges and refine data for client deliverables will be a key aspect of your role. You are expected to stay abreast of the latest technologies and trends, demonstrate logical thinking and problem-solving skills, and possess the ability to assess current processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose technological solutions. A solid understanding of one or two industry domains is also desired.
