Key Responsibilities

  • Forecasting and Analysis
  • Develop and maintain accurate forecasting models to predict workload, staffing needs, and resource requirements.
  • Analyze historical data, trends, and business drivers to create actionable insights for workforce planning.
  • Provide recommendations to improve forecasting accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Workforce Planning
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement workforce strategies that align with business goals.
  • Monitor and adjust staffing plans based on real-time data and changing business needs.
  • Ensure optimal utilization of resources to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and performance targets.
  • Reporting & Metrics
  • Generate and present detailed reports on workforce performance, forecasting accuracy, and operational metrics.
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against goals.
  • Provide actionable insights to leadership for decision-making.
  • Process Improvement
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements within workforce management and forecasting functions.
  • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead initiatives to automate and streamline WFM processes.
