How you'll make an impact
Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed audits of pre-bind checklist & client files to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards.
- Verify the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of documentation, including client documentation, policies, endorsements, and correspondence.
- Identify and document discrepancies, errors, or non-compliance issues, and recommend corrective actions.

Perform regular quality checks on pre-bind checklists prepared by the brokers to ensure adherence to best practices and company standards.
- Collaborate with teams to identify root causes of quality issues and drive process improvements.

Prepare QA reports, highlighting findings, trends, and actionable recommendations.
- Present insights to stakeholders and leadership to support informed decision-making.
- Collaborating with on-shore operations teams, account executives, brokers, and other stakeholders to address audit and QA findings.
- Provide training and guidance to teams on checklist creation, quality standards, and best practices for records keeping.
Key Skills and Competencies:

- Proficient in using audit and QA tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of insurance brokerage operations & Specialty insurance.

About you
Qualifications:

High School diploma/equivalent plus 1 year directly applicable experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills.
- Must have producer’s license.
- Appropriate licensing as required.
Preferred:

Associate's degree, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience preferred.

Previous experience managing client relationships.
