Job Description

As a Change Management Graphic Designer - Senior Analyst at the Creative Communications Center of Excellence in Accenture, your role involves working on design, visualization, and development independently for creative communications campaign projects. You will estimate effort required for media development tasks, work through various phases of production, and communicate visual design strategy with reviewers and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Work on design, visualization, and development independently for creative communications campaign projects of varying complexity levels. - Estimate effort required for media development tasks for collaterals like posters, banners, infographics, branding material, newsletters, multimedia videos, etc. - Communicate with reviewers and stakeholders to share visual design strategy. - Create high-end design and animations for internal communication projects using Adobe Suite. - Develop graphics and media for creative communications projects across web, print, and digital platforms. - Develop new brands and logos based on creative brief and branding guidelines. - Interact and brainstorm with content writers and stakeholders for visualization of marketing collaterals. - Create project plans for internal communication projects and track media development progress. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's/Master's/Diploma in Fine Arts, Multimedia, Animation, Graphic Design, or related field. - 4-8 years of work experience in creative fields like media houses, production studios, advertising, or marketing communications. - Proficiency in Adobe Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, MS PowerPoint, Sound Booth, etc. - Knowledge of visual design principles, color theory, and standards in web, print, and digital media. - Up to date with the latest graphic trends, techniques, and technologies. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
