Senior AI ML Engineer

Eigenstate AI is building an Industrial Intelligence platform that helps manufacturers understand and improve productivity, process adherence and operational performance. We seek a hands-on engineer who can lead technical execution, guide a small team and turn customer shop-floor challenges into reliable, reusable AI products.

What you’ll do

Own computer vision development from requirement understanding and solution design through testing and deployment.

Choose, adapt and fine-tune vision models; build proprietary detection, tracking, activity and event-recognition logic.

Develop reusable AI/ML components and contribute to Eigenstate’s long-term platform and IP.

Lead technical task planning, code reviews, debugging and mentoring while writing production code.

Improve model accuracy and real-time performance on actual industrial video streams.

What you should bring

3–5 years of hands-on AI/ML or computer vision experience (strong 2+ year profiles welcome).

Python, OpenCV, PyTorch/TensorFlow, object detection/tracking and model training/fine-tuning.

Experience with video pipelines, Linux, Git, deployment and accuracy validation.

Strong ownership, practical problem-solving and ability to guide other engineers.

B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in CS, AI/ML, ECE, EE, Robotics or related field — or equivalent proven experience.

Nice to have

YOLO-family models, RTSP, FFmpeg/GStreamer, ONNX/TensorRT, edge AI, activity recognition, manufacturing/robotics applications and production MLOps.

Role details

Location : Bengaluru | Full-time

Compensation : Indicative ₹12–18 LPA CTC, based on experience and demonstrated capability

Incentives : Performance-linked variable pay / milestone recognition may be offered, subject to company policy

Growth : Opportunity to grow into AI/ML Technical Lead and shape proprietary Industrial AI technology

Joining: Immediate to 45 days preferred; flexible for the right candidate
