Pune | Full time | 8 to 10 years of experience
Ticket Design is a product design and innovation consultancy in Pune, and we are looking for an Accounts Lead to run the accounts and compliance function of our studio. You will own the daily accounting cycle (payables, receivables, bank reconciliation and ledger), prepare monthly financial statements and MIS, keep GST, TDS, professional tax and income tax filings on time, support budgeting and cash flow planning, and work closely with our auditors, CA and vendors. You will also stay in touch with client teams on payment follow ups, so clear English and a friendly, confident manner matter. We work on Zoho Books, so hands-on experience there is a big plus and quick learners are welcome.
A BCom, MCom and strong working knowledge of accounting standards and statutory rules are expected. You will work directly with the leadership team and shape how our accounts process runs. We would love to have you on board by 1 December 2026 and candidates who are free now or can join within 15 days are especially welcome.
